People who are aware of how pervasive tracking is wouldn't mind much indeed. The average user would be _infuriated_ of having to login every time they open a tab.

It's a matter of storing it in plaintext or not, which any sane developer knows not to. The codebase will always have access to your plaintext password at one point or another, whether it's on signup before they hash and store it,

Duolingo by itself isn't really enough to really learn a language either. Thanks to Duolingo, I can definitely say "the woman eats the apple" in Italian, but I don't understand the language's grammar and its verb co

I've had my license for 12+ years now, but as soon as I moved into the city, I sold my car. Even with a child I get by just fine with carsharing services, Uber/taxis and public transit.

Pretty much in a similar case to yours. I started playing with Photoshop with a 5.0 license my dad bought back around 1998, and used that same version for years. I pretty much still use the same features I did back then, and to me all those

Those "cannabis activists" are most likely a (very vocal) minority... I don't know of anyone that _seriously_ hypes pot as a safe thing, and we have a lot of smokers here in Quebec (last official numbers were ~15% in 2015, pr
