In my opinion, the problem with high school is due to the large amount of wasted time. So many classes had dozens of days if not the large majority of the time spent on nothing or busy work. Busy work is a large part of bureaucratic organ

If you did it like that, then it would be trivial to take away all Patents. Just create a shell company that infringes, sell the product to another shell company, and then the patent would be gone since the holder company didn't take

Requiring users to hover to determine the context is a horrible UX. Tooltips/popup descriptions should only be used to provide additional information that isn't required.
