It's disappointing that they're already sold out, less than an hour after this link was posted. After last year's debacle, I was expecting Google to prepare appropriately for the release.

Has Change.org ever led to an actual change? I just don't see the utility of petitions. They never seem to work. Consider the utter ineffectuality of the "We the People" petition site. Thousands of people signed petitions to

As a former Blackberry user, I feel sad watching their slow decline into irrelevance. I really enjoyed the Blackberry Pearl back in the day, and the 9900 had the best keyboard on a mobile device that I've ever used. It's sad to se

I find it incredible that someone would publish a web browser claiming to be safer: a) without publishing the source code, and b) acting surprised when people don't trust it. Seriously, what was @jeremiahg thinking?

Hey, I'm a math major looking for jobs/internships in data science. Any chance I could ask you a few questions about your experience finding work?

I found that Facebook was really bad for this. I'm a math undergrad, and I applied for a bunch of data analysis positions with them. I was asked, as part of my application, to take a programming quiz. The quiz consisted of a graph theo

Is it possible to build this (or any other 2.x) with homebrew, or do I need to build it manually?

Pandoc support would also be fantastic... this would be ideal for taking notes in comp sci/math courses!

Hey, just an FYI, to denigrate means "to criticize," so although I understood what you meant, you might want to reword that (not to be pedantic, I just know that if I misused a word, I'd want someone to tell me).

Are there sources for the $30 million? I've only seen it mentioned in secondary sources, never in an official Yahoo press release (or similar). I suspect that was leaked, and the real price was much lower.

So, what makes this different from Gmail's 'Important' inbox? The site just seemed to be a pile of buzzwords. I signed up for the beta, and it seems interesting, but I have no idea what it does differently than other email services.
