Yes, so the point is that teaching it at all is a choice of style not substance. Not sure I 100% believe that, but buy-in (and LLM help) are significant parts of a successful onboarding.

That document is the dismissal of claims by an economist about Facebook’s privacy practices. I don’t see how it supports your argument.

That's not going to be the scenario (IMO). After the AI slop comes in, everything in the queue is going to be triaged as garbage to clear it.

Not to be too pedantic, but this is not a term life insurance policy. It's a guaranteed benefit, so you should compare it to a "whole" life insurance policy (US terms). I see $500k benefit for $500+/mo, so I guess $100k

The problem is: now they also need to learn to code with an LLM assistant. That goes beyond "coding it by yourself". Well, it's different, anyway. Another skill to teach.

The idea that Google’s lack of knowledge of you a decade ago is somehow related to what they know today is naive. Dangerously naive, I would say. Ad targeting technology (= knowledge about you) is shocking good now.

On one hand, I totally agree - soliciting and giving feedback is a weakness. On the other hand, it sounds like this workplace has weak leadership - have you considered leaving for some place better? If the manager can’t do their job enough
