Thank you for your interest. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by time set. You can add as many priorities as you want. You can do and track "over work" as well. It is displayed as negative budget, but not indicated in the c

Of course it is your personal preference, but I secretly hoped the "Why C++?" document [1] would also have a subsection "Why not Rust". [1] https://github.com/SmartAI/ava/blob/main/doc

Nice work, thanks for sharing! One tiny glitch: after editing, this notification > Saved. The previous text is kept in history. contains an invalid history link: https://markdown.link/history (without the id)

In my experience none of the frontier models I tried (o3, Opus 4, Gemini 2.5 Pro) was able to solve Swift concurrency issues, with or without web search. At least not sufficiently for Swift 6 language mode. They don’t seem to have a mental

Specialized graph-based RAG. Think RAPTOR extended with "bridge" context retrieved from reasoning paths across clusters ("communities").

Ha, you're assuming GP visits Youtube. (I don't, rather in this camp: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41400286 )

For time tracking with screenshots and advanced tagging based on window titles (and sometimes open documents), there is also ManicTime [1]. I don’t think it has OCR though. [1] https://www.manictime.com/

Second that. This is THE solution for comparing any two PDFs (image or not). I’ve been using it for years almost on a daily basis. Part of its use is certainly derived from the excellent OCR engine it relies on. Also, this runs fully local,

Looks great and really uncomplicated. The demo works flawlessly, including receiving email attachments. Good job! Love the readability and content of the license terms as well. In particular the parts on software modifications. One feature

True; then again a link to an interesting product is not really "news" either, which led me to favor the - less unfitting - "Show HN" category. I was surprised that there seem to be so little available/working solut

I have tested taskjuggler, but it fails to schedule tasks when a mixture of with/without deadline (end) tasks is provided. The only software I am aware of that seems fitting is SkedPal https://www.skedpal.com/ I was so

For me, rspamd with corresponding exim-acls practically solved that issue since 02/2016. Spam is mostly rejected, otherwise tagged (and filtered with dovecot-sieve downstream into a review-box) or - if borderline - greylisted. Have had
