I do version control on my themes. What I ended up doing is having a repo outside the web server and setup a post receive hook that checks out the latest version to the actual public folder.

I've been using OmniGraffle + elwebUI stencil for years now and I'm very happy. OmniGraffle allows me to draw very very fast. All wireframe a are vector based and look great as PDFs. You should give it a try.

Yes it does look a lot like Basecamp's. We had start with something. We are trying hard to make project history useful. Right now is just kind of a log in most PM apps (Blimp included). We feel it has potential to do more but haven't found

Thanks for the report, the issue with the photo upload seems to be the cache, being too agressive. We are fixing it right now.
