You're the second person to pick up on this. I don't really even understand what you're saying. In the UK (and British English) there are professions. Those professions are things like Doctor, Banker, Salesperson, Teacher etc

Coffee engineers (at the entry level end) basically install, service and repair commercial espresso machines. It's probably less manual than a plumber or electrician and more manual a desk job. You work for a roaster to start with and
