I know absolutely nothing about the subject but I would at least run nginx and tor in a docker container. Make sure no traffic comes out of the container on my public ip. Wouldn’t solve every problem but seems like it would solve…a lot of t

My daily driver is a 2013 air on arch. Works 100% perfect for everything I want to do. My work computer is an i7 32 gig beast. I don’t need that for checking gmail.

Nobody ever got fired for hiring IBM but I think people may get fired now a days for moving to heroku! Good luck! I would love to hear an update in 12 months if you are still there / heroku is still running.

i don't think that's equivalent. it's tremendously easier for a company to fill a position than a person get another position somewhere else. this is a billion+ company. some developers probably live paycheck to paycheck.

99.9% of crypto investors don't know how crypto works. my brother (who is a cop and has no clue) bought my dad (who is close to 80 and was a construction worker with no clue) for fathers day a year or two back and hardware wallet. sa

You can mute channels too. I have a ton of “ask” slack channels for the various things I’m considered a SME on that I simply mute. If I have a free minute I’ll drop in and share some stuff but I can’t be answering those things all the time.
