No way. Hyphenated domains are generally not a good idea since people forget them easily and have to turn to google to find your site.

Thats how I write CSS. A good front-end dev can write one set of clean CSS for Chrome, FF, IE8 and IE7 with a small set of styles in an IE6-specific stylesheet. Combine clean CSS with SCSS ( http://sass-lang.com/ ) for mixin awesomeness and

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I would definitely be doing it part-time. Yeah I too want a better comfort level with accounting, finance, contracts esp and hopefully topics like big acquisitions ;)

Business Tier? Why ROR? Speedy development, fun programming language, easy to build, test, iterate, repeat etc. Easy to migrate DB's, lots of scaffolding to reduce amount of code you need to write. Tons of great plugins written for the stac

No and no. I have only had traditional stock options which are essentially funny money that are vested over a period of years. You still have to purchase the stock but after the stock is vested you just get the ability to execute once there

Options are pretty much worthless till you can execute them. Even then theres only a one time cash-in-hand situation. Believe me I have a ton of options right now and its not helping ;)
