Adding support was pretty trivial in the past, install a package and edit a config file. Just google your device + ubuntu and you'll more than likely find instructions.

We've been looking at moving FAR away and the sorts of things I want to know is information about the part of town the property is in... crime rates, demographics, etc.

I also really like the examples like "how tall is the Eiffel Tower?" Sometimes I want to know a specific piece of information, sometimes I want to read up on something. This allows me to ask specific questions and get poignant answers.
