How did you get Spotify to play? Are you using an official Spotify client? Casting Spotify via code/home assistant somehow? When I tried to do something similar (was trying to run a cron job to cast a particular playlist from Spotify t

It seems like the point is, you can see the same issue in very different ways. Did you read it from the bottom to the top? I was cringing until I got to the end and found the message to “Now read it bottom to top”. Still not saying it belon

The website for math academy looks almost too good to be true. Can you describe more of your experience using it?

This looked as incomprehensible to me (a native English speaker) as a foreign language, albeit one with a bunch of scattered words I recognized…until I figured out that þ meant th and all the sudden I could mostly read it fine.

What’s Imgtfy? Asking because I’ve heard google searches have gotten pretty bad these days and a question like this on HN might stimulate more great conversation.

Sweet. The first question I had when reading the readme was, “Is there CRDT?”

I want this too. I add one thing: I want the ability to search/read/add to notes on both desktop and on mobile in a native app. I have yet to see a PWA that has the fluidity, stability, and ease of use of a well made app.

I asked gpt4 about this first and it didn’t really know. What is it about “First Principles“ that’s cringeworthy or pretentious? I think I’m out of the loop on this one.

Since you’re here Is there anywhere to get the software you are using in the video for reading/making flashcards? It looks amazing. Please tell me you have it in a GitHub repo somewhere.

What OS are you on? Linux? I’m on MacOS and there’s just an electron app which runs fine. Yeah maybe it’s Chromium underneath but I don’t need to know it, and can keep right on using Firefox as my daily driver for the web alongside the Logs

Can you explain how you got this running? I'm trying it on an M1 Pro Mac now and it's taking about 3 minutes to generate 10 seconds of audio.
