Current customers typically either run a "clean up" Reflect test that deletes account state that was created in previous tests, or they have a periodic internal job/logic that auto-deletes all test accounts. The next day'

Hey, co-founder Fitz here! Great question. We're both tackling the same problem. Our key differentiator from Preflight (and testim, and mabl and ghost inspector) is that we spin up a new VM for every browser session rather than rely on

Really cool idea! Thanks for providing so much detail in the post. I enjoyed it. A somewhat related project is the PIOS operating system written 10 years ago but still used today to teach the operating systems class there. The OS has differ

It doesn't fundamentally or categorically make it worse, it just increases the importance of the communication discipline. So, if the discipline is lacking or slips temporarily, then you're more likely to pay the cost for that tha

I understand what you're saying but if anybody on your machine can read the commands, can't they also read your configuration files? Or are you saying a different user on the machine can run `ps` and see my processes but not neces

The article links to this at the bottom, but just calling it out again because I think it's so useful. I am using git all the time---probably a majority of my terminal relates to git in some way. I think the git bash completion script

I really enjoyed the Idea Factory, by Jon Gertner: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11797471-the-idea-factor... It was exciting and inspiring and fun. It covered a ton of different inventions that came out of B

Congrats on the successful PH launch! :) Product looks cool. My gut reaction is that its flexibility makes for a higher barrier to entry for a new customer, but its flexibility will also make for a massive tailwind once you get it rolling.

Agreed that 90+ or 120 are just insanely difficult to do on the regular. I think I could have 1 such week per month, maybe once per quarter. One thing that might be a bit different in your example is if all 90 hours were for the same produc

This is a really cool idea and implementation. I am a big believer that Lambda has so many different areas to grow into and impact and this is a perfect use case for the Lambda value prop. We are working in a sort of similar space of automa

Yup - good call. I thought this was a nice post by the Twilio CEO last year: https://www.twilio.com/blog/your-phone-your-call-eliminating... Basically, he walks through the history of the phone system and how it never
