Agree 100%! I also find it weird that you can only be signed in to one web client at a time, and your phone MUST be connected to the internet for it to work. Telegram also has a really great developer experience while WhatsApp is locked dow

Does github report RCAs for outages to the public? I'm wondering if these outages are related to their migration to kubernetes. Either way I'd love to learn what's going on and how they resolve these incidents. There's a

In the LinusTechTips review he mentioned only top 5% dies go into Threadripper. So if it's related to quality of Ryzen, then that might make sense. I'd be surprised if Threadripper isn't plagued by this bug, though.

I'm running i3 with alt as my modifier key on one laptop and win key on the other and run emacs just fine. I run a pretty basic setup and I really need to go pull out a few things I never use anymore. I set caps lock as control, now, t

Off topic, but why is the iOS app so big? It's currently 130MB, which is almost 3x larger than the Android app and 10x larger than what I'd expect. Are you guys planning on slimming the app down? Is that 130MB mostly libraries you

You should give emacsclient a try. I start emacs once when my computer starts up, after that, emacs is instantaneous. I use projectile and neo-tree to customize my workflow, so I rarely need to leave my editor to switch projects, etc.

I came here to mention Armagetron, too. No other game stole my time quite like Armagetron did. If you many people out there want something new to try, give Armagetron a chance, you won't regret it!

I feel really bad for all other database startups out there. I'm sure this is sending a negative shockwave through every devops team out there to not use up-and-coming databases.
