He did say they were all used, but still, that has to be a decent chunk of change.

Even if someone considers this a 'better' UI than iOS or Android (I personally don't), there's no point in switching because as soon as you do, that $200+ you've spent over the last 4 years on apps is gone forever and you'll only get less q

I think there's a lesson here about how proper caching really gives life to weaker hardware. I only bring this up because I remember when the term "the digg effect" was used for the first time. I also remember people testing services like M

I couldn't live without AWS or my litte VPS. As a developer and fellow HN fan, I'm always reading about the latest frameworks and projects. I love demoing them, but I feel it's risky on my laptop because the 500GB I have fills up quick if I

I use around 100GB of it, but at $15/m I don't consider that a wasted 400GB, instead it's just available for tunneling.

I become more and more amazed at the price of storage but in the same breath I am still horrified at the price of data at scale. Right now I have a VPS at Carat Networks to throw crap on and I pay $15/m. For that I get 50GB of space and 500

Is it just me or does it seem like everyone's stack is moving away from Rails? I mean, it's a great solution to many problems, I just feel that there's a lot more platforms that offer you even better customization and leave a far smaller fo
