I like this idea a lot, but actually doing it would require a tremendous effort, considering all the different (and crappy) internet banking apps around the world. But sure, it could start with 1 bank, then add support for others in time.

Niched job boards are good if they are run by professionals from those niches -- and jobberBase aims to help those people start such job boards. Large recruitment websites can be too general and it becomes very hard to filter out the noise
