Make it a streak! I am currently on a 400+ day runstreak where i run around 20 minutes/day (what my lunch-hour allows). The psychology behind the streak is that it is somewhat tough the first month, but after that there simply isn'

Cheap labor and general low regard of your employees also mean that there is less incentive to improve your manufacturing with automation or simply by looking at what the factory workers struggle with and improving that part of the chain. I

There are real use cases for pivoting data in SQL not only for presentation. Tables can be too "long". You need data points to be on the same row if you want to do arithmetic operations on on different types of values. For example

Is public WiFi a thing in NY these days? In Sweden you'd just sit down and use your phone as a proxy. It is usually much faster, and also much safer. I live in a smaller town. Maybe the crowdiness of Manhattan is the issue?

Then maybe that person has implicitly become a manager. And to mentor and help others may very well be the best spent time for the company as a whole. But then his biggest tasks should be done by one of his more junior team-members.

We successuflly transitioned our finance team from excel to google sheets. The killer feature was their APIs, where microsoft still sucks. We could show them that if you put the data in sheets we could mount it from bigquery and process it
