That's not what I meant. I was saying that there's at least 50% chance that you might be immune to this virus. Who knows, there might be 1000 people who were infected but never went to hospital because they got better without medi

There was no sarcasm here. The comment just states that the virus' 0 day fatality rate is at most 50%. Why are you offended by this fact? Obviously we might see some twists like the virus becoming more resiliant, and obviously we won&#

It looks like each characters has a bunch of equivalent emotes and one is picked randomly when generating output.

Nice, the output isn't a direct mapping from characters to emojis. I wonder why?

It wasn't a serious comment. I thought it was obvious from the tone. > But if you ran such an analysis across public GitHub repositories per-language and wrote the results up in a blog post, I'm sure HN would love to see it. I&

It was an app I wrote, probably in algorithmic category. But even in business code, I very rarely see off by one problems that would be easier to handle in 1 based indexing. > e.g. writing "<= n - 1" rather than "< n

I don't understand the rage. It's a shortcut that opens amazon.com in a browser. It queries location, for opening the local amazon site, but that could be avoided by disabling geoclue.

For a rat, the spinal cord could be just as big, or bigger than the brain in mass. It's possible that the spinal cord does majority of processing for rats, like cockroaches.
