Major version can make someone think nvim is still unstable. My experience is the opposite. I have being using it for 2-4 years (can't remember exactly) and got the same 0 problems I run into Vim. Earlier versions required you to recom

And it is. If you perform some API Governance in your company, odds are that they are performed with Swagger. RAML and Blueprint are losing adoption.

Thanks for the article, I loved how they solved the "how do we propertly documment hypermedia APIs" question that I get asked in each Meetup. I think there is a little error in the article. In the "Request Format" exampl

I can not recommend enough Mark Manson work. Also, if you are into stoicism, you may love Ryan Holiday books too.

Congrats for your code. I found it really well documented and structure. I'll probably print it to read it later. I really love the documentation badge. It should be more common.

Can be even worse. I have seen some ugly corporate services using links with GET request to perform delete operations and having serious data loss caused by crawlers like this tool.

Not an issue at all but I am curious. Why "Spanish" has the Mexico flag? Was the spanish language modeled with that specific variant?

It showed me (when I was a teenager living away from the city in the 90s) that I was not alone in my curiosity. I had The Mentor Manifiesto in my walls, along with prints of code or networking diagrams (i.e. TCP handshake sequence). I found

I never faced this need and is the first time I saw it stated. If it appeared in various clients and got implemented in none then it should be a reason. Examples: - It is not a need for enough people - No developer suffers your problem (you

XChat doesn't seem to be maintained anymore (I do not know about gnome-xchat). Have you considered Hexchat? I migrated to it one year ago and seems solid while keeping the same look and feel.

You are looking for a BNC[1]. Quassel is a superset of the features you could expect in one. I think that there is a lot of people in your situation. They don't know about the existence of this tools or think their setup is hard or tim

Probably someone just discovered it. I think it is relevant in the Slack-oriented era. I would love IRC getting the hype instead: the protocol and software is open and easy to understand.

I honestly do not understand the IoT hate. Yes, there is a lot of insecure devices: mostly the not-cloud ones which needs an open port. But IMHO they provide a lot of value, especially if you are a developer. At least it does for me.

I honestly prefer developing the application from ground and having more control. The framework may be handy for short time to market requirements. Anyway, I found one or two interesting things reading the source code, so even not being a N

It is a pity: I consider this kind of notification really attractive but proved to be a antipattern in the projects I implemented. Notifications are better when shown near the event source. If your user base includes some non-technical prof
