It goes beyond that. Overwatch is now mainly use to train the machine learning algorithm and confirm cases. The whole VACnet thing is automated and cheaters are now either automatically banned or put in a separate queue so they play against

I'm not just talking about cheaters. I'm talking about the system not being able to find 10 players of a similar rank to begin a game.

Oh sorry. CS:GO is divided in 18 ranks, from Silver 1 to Global Elite. The rank distribution follows a bell curve, and comes a point where it's really hard to go from one rank to the next. LE is Legendary Eagle, the 15th rank. MGE is M

I've been playing CS:GO for 5 years, totalling close to 3,000 hours. I can tell you cheaters are still a huge problem, especially at high rank. Also, the matchmaking system is utterly broken. It's insane that half of my games are

That's what I did on my blog [1]. I tried different methods and realized that it should be a simple link that jumps you straight to the top and nothing fancy. The only JavaScript used it to determine when to display the link. [1] http

I had to stumble upon your comment to realize that thing made noise. I was wondering how a "scroll to top" function was at the top of HN.

This is wrong on SO MANY levels. I'm glad I've switched back to Firefox when they launched Quantum.

Definitely going to try this. I've been using Datatables with Vue but it's not the most user friendly. Thanks for your work!

Shouldn't Netflix be in the "offline" category? They started as a mail DVD service, didn't they?

I never said that it prevented me from doing it. It's expensive, that's all.

It's not "prohibitively" expensive. It's expensive. Besides, it's not just the $10k, it's the $150/h every time you want to take the plane. That adds up quickly.

Are there any alternative to Logitech's switch panel and radio? I see people using them but I find it strange that there's no mid-range alternative to these without having to step in the big boy shoes of RealSimGear stuff.

Ever since I've seen the first trailer for FS2020, I've been more and more interested in flying. I took a plane once in my life, 20 years ago. Now I really want to discover this world, and maybe take an initiation lesson. It'

Thank you for this post. I yell at my screen each time I have to use leboncoin. It was super ugly, but it did the job. Now it's super ugly, but it steals my focus at every opportunity, refreshes parts of the UI I'm about to click,

Last time it was posted, it was noted that utterances breaks GitHub's ToS in pretty much every way, and they could pull the plug on this really fast.

I believe Settings Sync is going to be included in the next release of VS Code. Yay! The amount of work Microsoft is putting in this editor is amazing. Last month we got file history, that was the last thing I needed to ditch the Git GUI I

I quickly played with the demo. I'm more a note-taking kind of guy than a todoist. I love the UI but yeah, since everything is a list it's not for me. For my use, Google Tasks is enough for me. I've tried Evernote, Boostnote,
