This is good question. Soil conditions are variable and I doubt it is sensing absolutely everything as suggested above. A better application for autonomous tractor I reckon is as optical sprayer that is linkage mounted. E.g WeedIt, Weedseek

I started with Flutter and Dart against the HN popular opinion and it has been great so far, not that I have fully deployed anything yet though. The most annoying thing is most content relating to dart and flutter is on Medium.

Get your first business experience done. E.g. start some sort of online business, set up the company, do your taxes, deal with customers, lawyers, etc etc. It might not be successful but its a good set of skills to learn early if that'
