To answer your question, clearly the answer is b. That is exactly the double standard as stated. What I'm really trying to get at is that no one should be staying home full time while the other is at work all day. Careers are a very p

Saying this reinforces the double standard. Why can't he stay home while she wins the bread?

Of course it's not a universal statement. Estimates are never aimed at outliers.

If you make >100k, I can assure you, you are not middle class. You are part of the "not rich enough" class. This class has a lot of money and can reasonably do anything they want, but compare themselves to the ultra rich and

I would tend to agree. The problem would then come back to the terminal emulators. I would miss out on keys like tab complete, home, end, del, and others. Not essential for vim, but definitely for CLI.

I bought a Nexus 10 with the hope of using it for dev. At first, I tried just using terminal emulators. This was quickly ruled out after finding most of them had screwy key bindings when used with a keyboard. Then I thought I would try us

The strategy isn't about winning. It's about taking people to court that can't afford it. They can lose a case but if the farmer lost the property over legal fees, that's a win. Swoop in and buy it cheap, sell it to s

This doesn't actually seem to be a helicopter. It looks like a multicopter. There is a significant function and theoretical difference.

This is a problem I run into. As a more junior developer, nearly all of my questions I haven't been able to answer with research have already been answered on stackoverflow. Employers want me to have tons of points, but I don't

I agree and am in the same boat. I don't mind windows, but for dev, linux is much more convenient. Also wanted to say hello from NEO.

There are many effective means of particulate filtration available.

Particulate is only a problem during acceleration. When used in a hybrid system as a generator, it is not a big concern.

The biggest problem is compression. Methane is stored into tanks using a 4 stage compressor. They are expensive due to economies of scale, but I've considered using a paintball CO2 compressor. The problem is I don't have a few

I have been wondering this myself. Diesel burns cleans, can be made from vegetables and the engines can also be used with methane. Not to mention the engines are fundamentally more efficient than gasoline. Not only just as a system, but

Kids have less capacity for empathy and a starving man will always eat crumbs. I did my fair share of cable box hacking/noise sifting/etc, but usually adults tend to mature in their preferences. Would you still be aroused by tha

I never claimed it was primarily empathy. But imagine watching porn where there was no emotion expressed. Uninterested faces and motions. Absolutely no expression from the face, not even flexed muscles or anything to indicate enthusias

Men are sexually stimulated almost wholly by visuals. Some women enjoy porn, but any attack on porn is a direct attack on men. Also, many men will spontaneously ejaculate if not stimulated. Honestly, it is not much different than needing

To disprove a hypothesis, you must already have data. You can't form a hypothesis without data. How can I start to collect data to disprove a hypothesis I haven't come up with yet? Well to get initial data, you must have some guidance in
