I think personally I can compress $1b into 0 within a week, but $1tr would be a real challenge. Another thing I should point out that I don't support compressing people (for now).

I do find it quite fascinating we have reached so many different parts of the world and still maintained tiny bit of culture from back home. We have historically avoided Latin America even more so than Africa, so it is even more surprising.

Why not name the team on basis of what it actually does, but that would make too much sense in a organization, none of us want that.

I don't think people are afraid of skynet level AI taking over the world. Current AI is more likely to cause people lose their jobs to vastly inferior but cheaper AI bots. Executives are overestimating its value over real humans, and w

I have decision paralysis and therefore I can only watch TV. Many of my friends think how can I watch TV when I don't even know the local language and I have no control over it, but its still less stress free for me since I can't

We need to first figure out aging, to be able to become a space faring civilization. Aging is the hardest quest and I don't think it would be possible because it might be a fundamental thing within the system.

Its hard to give up code/art which has gathered a lot of value. Copyright isn't dumb because once your code/art amasses a value of more than $1m or whatever is the threshold for you, you would absolutely want to protect it.

It seems like one of those things like VR and crypto, technical solution looking for a problem to solve. After 2 years we have still not found a single good use for it and yet it is supposed to be disruptive. If you think we have, provide m

Google hasn't ruined search results instead the services like chatGPT are generating so much spam and crap that Google search can't really keep up. So the service you are using itself is making google and internet worse, and event

These days well maintained used cars do not depreciate as much as it used to before. Due to inflation you might be able to sell your 5 year old car for only like 20% depreciation.
