Even if they do write another power delegation law, it's not like the law can't be overturned by the courts if they want to keep their new power.

It's not as if judges are any more or less political. They're also not elected in most cases. It's pretty easy for a company to pick a court district which will be favorable to them, regardless of the experts brought in.

So how do you get congress to write thousands of such laws yearly which will properly cover every potential outcome for decades? Our current congress barely passed 27 laws last year.

What makes the judges - who are also frequently appointed by an executive and who often hold the position for life regardlesss of their performance - better? It's not as if judges are bound by expert testimony.

There's no certification for heat per se; it's more that there's just a point where the aircraft can't take off safely from a given runway. Increased air temperature means increased takeoff distances for a given weight

IIRC, the cooling is mostly achieved as a byproduct of continuously pulling in outside air and using a portion of it to cool the rest of the turbine. https://aerospaceengineeringblog.com/turbine-cooling/

Bigger engines won't help overcome lower air density. First, bigger engines mean more weight, which will mean more power required to lift the base weight of the aircraft. Second, the problem isn't (ironically enough) pushing the b

While there are plenty of certifications for aircraft maintenance and testing, this is legitimately a capacity issue. The air density issue is huge for aircraft. It caps maximum operating ceilings (as in the aircraft literally can't go

That would require an monetary investment into DEI, which has become a negative investor signal for many large companies. It's a shame, because I've met several developers who benefited from Girls in Tech's work.

Using AI is not free, in either price nor time. If all the time spent iterating over prompts to get the "right" output was instead spent working on skills, you (the royal you) could get a lot better at drawing/writing right o

Screen brightness is adjustable, and there are utilities for both windows and macs to adjust most external screens from your task bar. It shouldn't be brighter than a piece of paper in the same location.

Not just overtake, but the sidings also allow trains to operate in both directions on the same rail. When you have a mega-train running west-east, all east-west trains must pull off on the sidings so the mega-train can pass.
