I know how it works. Please don't nit-pick. It's an interruption that forces the user to confirm. That's what I meant. I discussed this also here: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=46845740

"Are you sure?" type guards are not suitable for actions which the user does regularly. If a user repeats this action regularly, they quickly automate the thought process (i.e. don't give it any thought anymore) and it become

Just please don't start adding molly-guards to your software. The concept only makes sense in the physical world, e.g. where the "important button", that you might never have to press, needs to be in reach all the time. In so

EVs are only quiet when driving very slowly. At about 50 km/h (30 mph) they are pretty much the same as ICE cars. What's the general speed limit where you are?

I'm not a lawyer. But it seems to be the same as accepting the terms of service of some product you use or clicking on a "Yes I'm 18+" button to gain access, isn't it? If you somehow suffer from a negative outcome,

I'm not a lawyer, but it's clear that this changes the narrative. If some technical restriction is in place (OS level age statement with apps who enforce it) and the kid circumvents that, it's easy for a company to claim that

To those who don't get it: this law is like the "Yes I'm 18+" button on porn sites. Every kid knows they have to click that button to see the porn. It's not about keeping anyone out, it's about legal liability

The problem is not that it's hard to cheat (it's easy), the problem is it makes you officially a liar and liable for "illegal app use". It might not be a problem for you , but some underage kid, who lied about their age

You are underthinking this. You described a technical solution to comply with this law. Yes, that's easy. The problem is the legal implications.

Blender is not the right tool for that. I think you'll be happier with an actual CAD tool like Fusion or FreeCAD.
