More than once I run into db serialization performance issues. Postgres reports all nice and fast, yet requests are slow. It took me a while to figure out that activerecord was busy converting my data into one large query string, and then b

I still wonder at which point we can use machine learning to auto-extend OSM maps based on satellite images. Or even better, at which point Tesla on-the-fly data can be used to create persistent maps. I mean just have a look at the visible

It's already my favorite on iOS but then again, I can't use it in the browser. Even worse, every time I open it, it nags me if I want to continue the "location search". Just show me where I left off instead of forcing me

Our team is using a homemade time planning tool. In the past it used to be an excel, these days it‘s an app. Each member had two rows (morning/afternoon). Each column is a date. The team filled it out using background colors. Each colo

It‘s nearly as good as my story. I‘m walking with airpods past my car. The car detects my keys and turns on bluetooth, iPhone connects and thinks it's better to send audio to my car instead of the airpods in my ears. A long and painful

How did you find these brands? I still struggle to find any of them. I'm at the point where I would even try an online tailor if there was a good one with a decent color variety.

I think too much focus at Tesla is on FSD beta while barely anything trickles down to standard cars. They need more developers who extract new features down and make them ready for a worldwide rollout. The best symptom of this is the horrib
