I was talking more generally about the general design of the app. It is "ok". I have a really rubbish signal (I live in the sticks in the North West). There was almost no reception on near the gym. It never took 30 seconds. Gene

It is a gym app. Realistically as the article says it really doesn't have to change much. The UX of that app is actually "ok". While it is a wrapper around their mobile site it works well enough.

I have the app on my phone (I just used to use the pin key pad). It looks like a wrapper around their website.

Consistency is better than any theoretical FPS improvements IMO. Often for games that don't work with modern Windows there are fan patches/mods that fix these issues. For games that are modern frequently have weird framerate issue

It annoys me when people claim this. It depends on the game, distro, proton version, what desktop environment, plus a lot of other things I have forgotten about. Also latency is frequently worse on Linux. I play a lot of quick twitch games

Right. Let me get this right: 1) You asked for evidence of a rent-a-crowd / rent-a-mob service. Something which you could have looked up yourself. 2) I gave you links to companies that offer these services. I understand that these webs

There are a number of issues with this view: - I've been to many protests in my time and often I believe them to be counter productive e.g. Critical Mass. I travelled to London twice to see what the protest was about. This was in the

I really get annoyed when someone suggests this (it not your fault). You are believing what you are told at school about how Politics works. Many of us understand this is unrealistic. Here is an incomplete list of reasons why I would never

Voting for the alternatives won't make any difference either. The power structure is designed in such a way that it is difficult for the Government itself to do change anything.

A lot of games are ported to Mac / Linux by a third party. The quality of that port is dependant on the company and the budget for porting it. If I was a game developers I would never do a Mac port.

It depends on the game, the distro, the version of the game, the kernel and the windowing system as to how well it performs. I am using Debian and while a lot of games work well, some games are an absolute PITA to setup properly. It is easi

I don't think remaining in the EU would have helped matters considering they are enacting their own spooky internet/tech legislation. I don't know enough about the ECHR to comment. I think it is a combination of many things.

I honestly think a lot of the modern games (especially triple A), kinda miss the point. The gameplay just isn't there. A lot of the better indies are filling the gap though. I recently played the original PS1 version of Resident Evil 2
