There was no accessibility team before 2020, Twitter hired real accessibility experts to be on the team, and they have been responsible for a number of accessibility improvements.

Maybe that was once true but it hasn't been. Here's a deafblind user of Twitter (the iPhone app) who had immediate trouble using the main Mastodon app [0]. Twitter only formed an accessibility team in 2020. Accessibility improveme

Your comment seemed to be claiming that, at least in the example of email spam, only technology (filtering) addresses it, that there is no role for regulation. I was disagreeing with that. My understanding of phone spam regulation is there

Spam is not solely solved by technology, regulation also helps. Regulation also helps with phone and text spam, though there's more to do.

You are correct that "reasonable accommodations" are, in fact, reasonable and don't have to be exactly what a disabled person asks for (though listening to people when they tell you what they need is important). > Ordering

I'm puzzled about why each axis label is in a <span> wrapped in a <foreignobject> instead of just a <text>. For the pie and donut examples I checked, <text> elements were used for their labels. There's also

By caniuse’s measure, being behind a flag is a ‘No’ for the reason I gave. Being available as an experimental feature does not mean its release is imminent, there are ones that have been there for years. Thankfully, it’s not like they’re in
