   If there is a 1:1 applicant pool then absolutely! If there is not a 1:1 hiring ratio implies hiring less qualified applicants to reach a quota (assuming equal distribution of skill, which I think most people would agree is the case).

   It is creepy but it IS just one side of the story. It seems premature to condem then until hearing all the info.

   We (myself and others) did "lose" meritocracy. It was a valid philosophy and important part of business culture until recently when it's become banned by hr/pr. > If you want to be treated better, then perhaps not tar
