Canada could have asked the Chinese to build oil terminals, pipelines and refineries. Not one drop of oil would have crossed the border. Instead Canada chose to bind itself to the US.

I disagree the inbuilt Netflix app is way better than any streaming box. Apple TV serves ads (it's literally called Apple for fuck sake), costs money and extra electricity.
