I agree, language itself is not a problem. It is iOS API that matters (or needs to be fixed, in context of this thread). Actually, I can say the same regarding Java/Android API correlation.

What I meant is that one can't pirate media or software. Call it copying or sharing without permission of an original author, but that has nothing to do with piracy, theft, murder, etc...

Yes, and dropbox is used as a workaround (besides other things of course). I've even seen ios apps where file saving is done by e-mailing it.
