I was just wondering why apple market share is so relatively high in USA. I think it may be cus apple stuff is aimed at people with 2 qualities.. 1. Has money to burn. 2. Doesn't know anything about computers or technology. USA has a r

Yeah randomly blocking high quality apps for no reason, while letting pure scams through does not qualify as scrutiny.

As it's apple, one would expect the most expensive of the expensive. And that's it, quality could be anything, most likely mediocre to bad.

Individual transistors will break, the cpu will continue to work, but it will run slower. That's probably why your old laptops are "too slow for the modern web". " Some circuits and buses are protected by error correcti

I was wondering how they can run that cpu without any cooling.. Then they say it goes up to 90°C .. That's way too hot! thats like laptop / mac temperatures. It will function sure, but it wont last, it will degrade relatively quic

Yeah totally, but if u have a pixel shader then u are running some code for every pixel anyway. I think this highlights how different code that's to run on CPU can be from code that's to run on GPU.

I'm curious what author was working on. What's a home entertainment PC? Surely any PC could be configured and used for whatever entertainment one chooses?

In my experience, talking to a mac user about macs is like talking to a smoker about smoking. U can explain with facts how it's expensive and harmful, but u will never convince them to stop.

Will they answer questions like.. Why have I been waiting weeks for a review? Why was my app rejected? Why was my app taken down? I would imagine these would be like 99% of devs questions.

VLC is fantastic but I haven't used it in a long time. I switched to MPC-HC. I found that the built-in codecs VLC used were not the best.
