The best line on their site is definitely “The Ruby-Python-Bridge™ allows you to interface your Ruby and Ruby on Rails Apps directly to Python via TCP/IP.” What the hell does that even mean?

Yeah... I pretty much hate Smashing Magazine and sites like it. All they do is make lists... lists... lists... and then load the site chock full of ads. The content is rarely original and never has any intrinsic value.

I'm sorry, but I just don't see many of those as weird. They're (mostly) well-designed and carry an obvious metaphor, as any good logo should. Clever, maybe. Weird, no.

Also, I know it's an informal blog, but I think it's really unprofessional to call something the "DO NOT WANT" release. I'm really sick and tired of half-baked "memes" being included in writing as weak attempts at humor. It just comes acros

Personally, I dislike the new design. It has good intentions but it misses the mark. This would have been a good example of when not to listen to your users-- of course the majority of them is going to prefer gradients and flashy dropdown

Anybody else sick of these sites that live solely on posting "lists"? I mean, all this is is an aggregate of what you can find on jQuery.org or a google search, and the sites are usually loaded with ads.
