Perhaps it's for Apple TV. The images in the patent obviously look more like a traditional OSX desktop, but the patent does mention other types of devices.

Hmm. This looks a lot like Xero.com, only less mature. Also the top google result for "indinero" is a secure (https) page, which results in Google warning me that this site "might not be what I was looking for". I'm not sure if it is Google

They got around this with Pago in NZ ( https://www.pago.co.nz/section261.aspx ) by working with the banks. The money doesn't get transferred from your primary chequing account - you have a separate account which is your Pago 'wallet'. Only

Actually despite my earlier comment, this practice is also very common in New Zealand, and I too was surprised when I spent a year in Washington, DC. However, the idea of doing it via SMS has never taken off here (as per previous post).

I think this is valid. Some of us are in the position where all of our friends are non-hackers, and we are the odd ones out. For us, meeting hacker friends is expanding our social horizons. Personally, I enjoy working with other hackers,
