Even that might not be enough. There was a case recently where an author wrote in their will, "Do not release this unfinished material". The estate released it anyway.

None of those things require crypto. They are essentially solved problems. The UK banking system has had chip&pin for 20+ years, has had (Europe-wide?) instant payments for at least a decade. Banking numbers in the UK are push not pull,

I don't know if it's my own career development, but it felt like the quality of Pluralsight has also taken a nosedive. I had a bit of career break during the pandemic, so went from being a fairly regular consumer of pluralsight in

12k was shockingly bad for London in the early 2000s. You can't really convert currency and/or then apply inflation or try to compare to 2002 US living costs. London back then still cost a fortune to live in, 12k definitely wouldn

I'm glad that Microsoft takes a really long time to deprecate these things. It's "This gets extra awkward in 3 years, and dissappears some time after that", not "This disappears in 3 months".

I'm not the OP but have similar tastes. Exapunks just never clicked for me in the way that the other Zach games did. Perhaps it was too visual, or perhaps the problems didn't sit well with how I problem solve. I don't like to

I'm not sure I understand the premise, because CPU speeds were 20x slower. Just go back a decade or two. They weren't some halcyon days of bug-free software back then, quite the opposite.

For the first, pedants like to point out that a statement like: "I was feeling nauseous" is incorrect and should be "I was feeling nauseated", as nauseous is "causing nausea" but that's just pedantry and d
