It's not too strange. It's just selfish preference. "I don't want my kids to get vaccinated and I don't want your daughter to have sex."

1. ... I do not understand what you mean. 2. One person's "premature optimization" is someone else's "this was literally something I dealt with this week." 3. This method relies on CSS and HTML, just as any oth

Basically, yes. With compensation so completely tied to "did our stock go up since you joined?", it's a whole thing.

A handful of benefits: 1. Specificity - swim-line.buttons vs .swin-lines.buttons vs .buttons.swim-lanes. 2. Future pathing - Maybe you don't need a Web Component today, but you might need one tomorrow. 3. Cleaner - <swim-lane /

It's mostly that there's no way for third-party tooling to initiate a debugging session, I believe.

For a retail location, 2 million might be a lot, or not very much. It's going to be incredibly dependent on what type of retail we're talking.

It's the only reasonable reading if someone is dismissing 2% loss due to theft for a retailer.

That's just not how the math works. Let's assume an average marginal loss of 2% of gross sales to theft at a business with a net margin of 4% (typical of retail). Let's also assume wholesale markup of 50%, just to be conserva

You understand that that 30% "markup" has to cover literally everything involved in running the store, right? The building, lights, shelves, labor, website, marketing, HVAC, etc etc etc A 30% markup spread across 1 product or 3000
