That is not "what happens". It is what happened with the Nazis, because the Nazis were never socialists. Its central point was always fascist in nature. This isn't even a thing that can be honestly debated. It's just an

A more enjoyable exercise is to read the full 25 point plan, leaving in the obvious antisemitism and fascistic rhetoric, because while the party gave voice to some socialist ideals early in its life, many if not most of those were abandoned

There's no merit to the suit. MediaMatters reporting was accurate. The claim that "it was accurate, but lacked context", would open a flood gate of anti-journalistic suits. They've filed it in the "conservative case

It's nice to see Musk donating so much attention to Media Matters, which will fundraise off this and probably earn quite a few new supporters.

As best I can tell, advertisers started pausing ads after Musk commented on an anti-semitic tweet, agreeing with it. The MediaMatters article seemed to follow after.

It could be read either way, I suppose. But the user which posted it, Karl Radl, is very much on the "Hitler was right" train of thought.

The entire mechanism by which Twitter/X is able to convince advertisers to advertise on their site is by promising their ads will not appear next to vile content. Because otherwise, you're right, no major brand would risk it.

Yep. User's like having a single, trusted source for app discovery, installation, etc. The Mac App Store has failed because Apple didn't make it good enough for developers to make it useful enough to users.

The argument Apple has a monopoly on "iPhone apps" was already considered in Epic v. Apple and the judge rejected it.

Apple doesn't believe the App Store is the driving factor for users installing applications. They believe the App Store is one part of the total value of the iOS platform, and one which they chose to monetize. And while the Mac App Sto

Well, the word "mono" generally means, "one". Apple/Google are a duopoly, and at least in the US, being a duopoly is legally fine so long as you don't collude on pricing.
