What I love about the Witcher stories are how well they can be looked at as a fantastical commentary on modern life, especially with business and politics. Right now I’m playing through 3 and seeing Geralt as a monster-slayer consultant tha

It’s not that unrealistic if the team is willing to let go of the idea of finding someone that’s perfect in all three: UX, design and front-end. Teams just have to find a person that’s effective given their existing team and their immediate

Seems like a natural progression given video games. When I saw that photo I immediately thought about the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. video game series. That gave a lot of gamers an idea of what walking around in the exclusion zone was like, albeit a ve

As others have said, do some trials at a few and see how they work out. Though from past experience it’s difficult to judge the long-term experience of a space by a 1 or 2 day trial. Ask if you can get a week at a reduced rate. Coworking sp

It’s a question of intent by the business as well. Blizzard and Wizards of the Sword coast, despite getting into similar mechanics as F2P games, are still companies that largely extract value from customers as a byproduct of providing them

Most of my clients pay via credit card (really Xero invoice + Stripe integration) unless they happen to be in my city. No complaints and I usually prefer it anyway versus dealing with cheques and wire transfers even with the Stripe fee.
