To be fair it’s not different from C++ although it features namespaces. One still has to write “std::foo()” in headers in order to not pollute the global namespace, and therefore in template code, anyway. As long as they stop adding locale

You’re running for fun/challenge, not for health. It’s not a surprise that your health isn’t improving. A single 10km run per week in 1h aiming for 40min, an interval run sprinting as hard as possible and casual short runs in between w

I couldn’t care less what you think about me, but please stop equating the “Japanese people” with “grown men obsessing over anime girls”. That’s straight up racist, disrespectful and misinformed (through foreign Anime communities I assume).

What I always find funny about academic writing is that nobody actually reads it from the front to the back. You read abstract, conclusion, future work, methodology and only then do you read the actual content.

If this wasn’t math code we’d refactor such code into helper functions, but somehow when it’s math we refuse to. vec4 c = a * 4 + b; vec4 c = vec4_add(vec4_mul(a, 4), b); vec4 c = vec4_fma(4, a, b);
