You guys should seriously think about allowing other projects to use the octocat when the projects are associated to github. it would be a nice way of everybody having a common "icon", much like twitter has the bird. I know people can link

One thing he doesn't mention is how much "significate profits" is.. Would 1k be significant? 10k? For example, how much would I save by incorporating if I make 1k versus 10k versus 100k a year?

I kind of agree with you. Technically, Apple can stop accepting apps for any reason whatsoever, but I doubt they will do so for technical purposes. In my opinion, the #3.3.1 license thing was simply a way of preventing adobe from releasing
