I was a Wisp user for some time so I know the brand and it was a solid device overall. I looked into the UniFi products and the AP plus a controller is almost 100 euros more expensive than the Linksys device. I will look in the future for U

This week due a wifi network intrusion I bought a Linksys Wrt3200acm. It looks good on paper and it has two boot partitions so it doesn't brick. I installed a device specific distribution recommended on the forums. Well, the 5ghz wifi

In 500 years lobotomy devices will be rediscovered by some scholar, or many other psychiatry procedures that are performed up to date, as rituals. Drilling someone's mind seems to be a common theme among societies. Thousands of years o

Pretty surprising stuff since here in Spain the unemployed make about 400 euros a month after they have ended their actual unemployment benefits. This last resort income is for two years. They must attend courses on job skills like cook,

I am working on a side project related to last mile delivery (shameless plug https://deliveryplannerapp.com ) and did try many routing libraries: open-vrp, or-tools from Google and Optaplanner. Finally sticked to jsprit. Awesome

Is it possible to run Window queries on SQLite? I think it's not! Firebird implements quite a few of these statements. I integrated most commercial db vendors and we even ran queries on imported data in a HSQLDB database. Firebird is j

I read the post and it's amazing you took the hard path. In regard to the product, first of all kudos, and second of all; you may want your users to be able to run analytical workflows. In which case embedding Firebird instead of SQLit

Not really. Beware you can be easily replaced in your new company without any compensation. Risk is often not accounted for. If you're a twenty something it's ok, but imagine you're a parent of 3 and you have to switch jobs e

FYI here in Spain you can possess drugs at your home - any illegal substance - because it is not illegal. You can't deal drugs nor carry them along with you on the street. You can grow for instance, as well, marijuana if it is for your

I am assuming you are making an overstatement. Even then, you are really mislead if you really think someone who knows the basics of control structures is going to get a job in the industry.

That's kind of similar to oppose the employee status because eventually employers will meet candidates who don't demand the benefits required by a legal contract. That's why that is simply illegal.
