The dam was under Russian control. Ukraine wouldn't have had any opportunity to place demolition charges. Russia has demonstrated that it is; - willing to level cities with hundreds of thousands of inhabitants - willing to use torture

I don't think that this constrain applies. The dam was part of the Russia-occupied territory or part of the gray zone. Ukraine was not using the damn dam for anything. At this point I'm not willing to give Russia the benefit of th

Pooh might be out of copyright, but the corporate media has found a way around that by using trade marks. So anything related to Children's books (or any books, drawing books, comics, anything) cannot come with "Winnie Pooh",

Do you know why we got "Pooh - Blood and Honey"? Because you for sure cannot make a children's book with new stories with the characters without getting sued by Disney. A slasher horror is about the only thing you can do with

It would be good if you would not repeat unsubstantiated rumors. No credible allegation have brought forward against Stallman's behavior regarding women. It's all hearsay and we should avoid hearsay and rumors.

The problem - as I see it - is that we lack "tried and true principles" when it comes to LLMs. We don't know how they work. Prompt engineering at this point is basically only experiment, error, repeat.

"Engineering" makes it sound as if there was a solid understanding of of LLMs actually works - there isn't. We're still finding out how LLMs work and what they are capable of. Prompt engineering" is just reasonable

I once tried to come up with a reasonable number and ended up with something like 24 slaves per person given a central European living style, Do you have a link for your number, would be very interested.

It's the last point that rubs me. FOSS should be whatever the developers decide it should be. It's not up to the users to decide what requirements a piece of software should fulfill.
