I don't think that's the only reason, and it is not by choice either. California weather is more temperate than the rest of the US and it is more suitable for many types of crops compared to the rest of the US.

Looks like you only read the first page of the draft. There is a whole one and a half page section (2.4. Towards a solution: A taxonomy of data leakage) that describes every kind of leakage the authors considered for this work.

I totally get it. I never had cigarette or alcohol, and obviously it was hard for me to blend in to certain groups. But then I also found other groups through common interest where I could blend in- video games and even IRL. But still I fee

I have met more CS graduates who have little clue what's going on beyond what they copy pasted from stackoverflow compared to those who do. Both in the Indian subcontinent and right here in the US. Self-taught folks actually have the c

I hate the Windows 11 taskbar and using ExplorerPatcher to revert to Windows 10 style. Thankfully ExplorerPatcher is yet to let me down. If it does happen I will probably switch to Chrome OS Flex.

I am a hardcore PC gamer.. but last Christmas I was at the in-law's place and we had a blast trying out a bunch of stadia pro offerings. So much so that I seriously considered buying FIFA on stadia. I just think there's too much o

Is the claim that not enough houses are being built or have been built backed up by data? Real estate investors don't seem to have much problem finding homes to turn into rentals.

I own two Toyotas myself ;) An 8 year old Corolla that I only occasionally drive, but it never fails to take me from point A to B; another is a new and exciting Highlander hybrid which I only need to fill once every 500 miles.
