You can even wire up an arduino into a vga monitor. There are a few vids on youtube showing simple games displayed this way.

I don't know but there is no free version at the moment. Looking at the updates in the description it mentions that they will refund any unsatisfied customers, that was in 2013 so it was for sale back then too.

It is possible to make some money on there. If you own a Chromebook with Chrome OS, it's the only place to get software. There is a torrent app for sale on the Chrome store for £1.89 and has over 50k installs: https://chrome

I'm working on a web-audio app at the moment that allows you to import ReBirth files. Emulates 2 303's and the two drum machines. - Will be released as version 2 of this: http://errozero.co.uk/acid-machine/

Great work. Nice smooth visuals too. Could you implement a html5 file reader to load any .xm file?

I use a music production program called FL Studio, which is Windows only, I've used it for over 12 years and am really productive with it. Switching to OSX would also mean switching to different production software with a completely di

Cool little game, even better that it's made without a framework. Maybe you should add a facebook opengraph image so it looks a bit more attractive when shared.

This is really cool, I've just played about 10 tracks with it. A little bit confusing though, not sure what BlueberryJam means in the top left corner, is that my channel name?

I added a sequencer - but also added a record to wave feature so the performance part of it should now be a lot more fun :)

Thanks for the suggestion, I emailed Christian Schaub and he's going to send me over what he knows! :) Hopefully I can add a Rebirth importer at some point in the next few weeks.

Hey, yes that is a very good point and something I was thinking about changing. I think I'm going to swap out the whole keyboard and step selection for a mini piano roll under each synth.

Just added a save feature to this - it generates a unique url so you can share what you have created.

That's a little bit out of date, the main repo is on BitBucket - I copied it over to Github a few days ago. I'll try to keep it in sync with the main one every few days.

I've just added in some keyboard shortcuts to mute/unmute and randomize the instruments. Working on the save and share function today, it would be great to be able to hear what people have made.

I get that too on Firefox, I'm hoping to try out the web-worker idea suggested by meandave to fix it. At the moment it works much better on Chrome for some reason.

The notes are selected from a D minor pentatonic scale. It selects 4 notes at a time, then randomly decides if it should use the previous 4 notes again or generate a fresh 4.
