I'm pretty sure the GP was referring to https://handmade.network as their manifesto made multiple rounds here, was discussed at length and far more obviously related to "handmade movement" remark than your org.

Nice. Another neat comment-based construct is the good old: //* foo /*/ bar //*/ It yields 'foo' as is, and 'bar' if the first slash is removed.

You can email mods and ask to bump up a Show HN post if it has merit. Even if it's your own.

Mesmerizing stuff. Can you allow changing attractor control constants without resetting the sim? E.g. going from 0.19 to 0.21 in Thomas while it's already in a stable state. It's be interesting to see what'll happen.

This is bizarre. It's a downloadable binary that, as per their FAQ, uses their servers for the actual font ID... and yet there's no web version. Leaving aside malicious intent, I can't think of any reason to do it this way ex

Not sure what you mean. They can still do all that even if the profile is set to private. It doesn't hide your posts and comments from Google. They are hoovered up just the same.

Comment and post history is still trivial to find through a basic google query. All that hiding them on Reddit does is pissing other users off because it breaks establish site's norms and expectations.
