Interestingly, there is even a movie called The Spanish Prisoner ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120176/ ) from 1997 based on this type of scam. It is good and I recommend it.

Maybe for a simple Web site, "HTML with a little bit of CSS and a little bit of JavaScript" is enough. It is certainly not the case for almost any Web application.

They did not include Australia. In my opinion it suffers from the same problems as China. These days, many students get a PhD in just three years. The control mechanism are so soft that a large amount of PhD projects would not pass as maste

Engineering is a profession for which you need appropriate credentials, just like in any other profession (e.g. scientist). Without credentials, you are not an engineer. Unless you are talking about 'engineer' in the same way some
