Note: This I believe only works on LCD based displays. Which is still very useful.

Let's not forget that the Chrome Browser and therefore the Chrome OS will come with a lot of HMTL5 features build into the browser. This will enable a lot of cool applications to be built that can be run on very cheap and efficient OS/Hardw

With this new found power you could have custom built codecs for videos/audio. This would change a lot. Other cool uses, would be basically turning user's computers into grid computing nodes. Oh, and of course now being to have any language

I agree, real gamers will download their games every time to get the latest tech. Having 3D in a browser(that runs fast, unlike existing solutions) is a huge advantage for creating richer web-pages with embedded 3D visualizations. IMHO gene

Um. Thinking mostly internally in code metaphors and then isomorphing that to a relationship conversation. Yeah, that doesn't usually work out so well for me.

I use Google Docs/Google sites. This allows me to add notes from anywhere with internet access. Sometimes it's just faster to write on paper, if I don't have my notes doc open in a browser tab. I build up notes all day in one of my pockets.
