It's definitely him. Having read Uncanny Valley, I'd take his advice with a grain of salt. Having met him in person, i'd say don't take it at all.

God, I miss this. I hope that it comes back. Spent so much time in these rooms. Turntable was really years ahead of it's time. Can't believe nothing has come along to fill that gap.

Growing profits, shrinking losses and a product I've literally used to build my business. I don't see how this isn't a winner long-term.

Being able to test this and change on the fly when you get the data also makes a huge impact in terms of how much revenue you're able to generate during these critical periods.

For a long time I was self deprecating about this topic. When people who weren’t in tech asked me what I did, I told them on a good day I was an internet plumber, and on a bad day, an internet janitor. I take myself a bit more seriously now

Could you define "significant volume" a bit more specifically? Wondering if I too, have been leaving a ton of money on the table. What is the approximate scale that this makes sense at?

I wonder what the distribution is between these four camps? My hunch is solving for the first three camps as you've described would lead to a much higher quality of living for the average city dweller.
