The title/header is from HTML. The nicest thing is not the lack of HTML but the lack of an image. The picture is entirely painted by CSS.

I always do this in all my browsers (I use Flashblock or similar extensions). I have no idea why people need plugin content to start immediately. This also blocks most of the annoying ads.

Interestingly enough this means you have to install software on your own computer to get better search results from a company that tries to deliver a hosted ("cloud") service. Seems backwards to me.

This might be a good thing. I am still not convinced that machine learning is so great it is pictured to be, but the potential is certainly worth studying. Better tools and languages are a must in this area.

I cannot talk for the French, but in Sweden they usually handle special food requirements rather well. The children with special needs are all known to the kitchen staff so they get what they need directly from them.

1) Use unit tests. 2) It isn't that ugly! If you know what the code is supposed to do (which should be clear from documentation or just the purpose of the program) and it fails in some cases, take that failing case and go through the if-els
