Your reading comprehension is extremely poor here. His notes mention that he wanted to use a pure C version but couldn't find a C version by a quick google search. It did not say "here is a pure C version".

That's solarized dark. I actually just switched to it for my personal blog because I really like it. Apparently I'm not alone. I spend most of my day in a fullscreen terminal with a solarized dark colorscheme with AnonymousPro as my font.

So you exploit the kernel (or some driver), do whatever evil shit you want, then lie to the signed malware checker. You now have an APT that ignores this whole notion of secure boot. Come to think of it, this is every modern rootkit. You tr

I did something similar to this with my Volkswagen. I wanted different tires, wheels, and a different stereo from what was on the car they in the lot. I ended up paying about $500 more, but received exactly what I wanted.

Much further after that, there was a jQuery plugin called taconite that let you do this from arbitrary languages. The idea was that you can handle all of your templating server side and build the template into a simple xml document that had

I paid $200 for an Acer C7, $80 for 16GB of RAM, $100 for a 128GB SSD, and $50 for larger capacity battery to end up with a portable linux box (running ubuntu 13.04 now) for under $450 that is light, fast to boot, and has reasonable connect

Meh, you've had these for years. I'd put it at even money that some RF protocol stacks on recent vehicles are vulnerable to exploitation and connected to one of the CAN buses on the vehicle so you can pivot to a more critical system. Hurray

You can access the CAN bus pretty cheaply (there are several cards available around $200 with linux drivers, maybe cheaper if you're willing to do more than plug it in and turn on wireshark). That said, the last time I worked on ECMs, the m

I'm a programmer because I'm curious and lazy. I see a problem, do it once out of curiosity (or because I'm being paid), then never want to do it again (curiosity satisfied, now it's boring). Avoiding "over and over again" is what keeps me
