I need this. I never really cared about ads and them showing up on websites, I dont mind if that is the way that the site makes its money. However, about two months ago I got a flyer in the mail for a local dentist, so I went to their websi

Thank you for explaining that. I will take the time to do a bit more research on various licensing types.

I am using neo4j with an app that I am building, it is GREAT! I'd love to see some of the enterprise features included in the community version (clustering support like in orientdb). Maybe the community will come together and make it happen

I implemented play when a php app that I worked on needed access to a jar. Play made it very simple to create a rest server that called classes in the jar. I learned a lot of Java too, it was a good experience. I would recommend it to anyon

You're missing the point; they are attacking Google for "disabling" features for XP while they dont support XP at all (with their latest browsers).

The first two are part of the reason why I hate using Windows at work. The fact that you cannot drag files to their icons and have that file opened in the application seems like something out of the past. To scroll a window in Windows, the

Cant edit, but my second argument, creating an array containing already jQuery wrapped elements is null. There is a method called .eq() that allows you to select from the collection and it returns the element wrapped for you.

I feel like this should have been the first replay to my rant. The nodes are already wrapped in the jQuery object, just need to use eq to access them by index. I've never seen that before, thanks

Well given that a lot of the "pro" jQuery tips say that one should avoid rerunning the selector in favor of some sort of memoization: $('.class').doSomehting(); $('.class').doSomethingElse(); $('.class').thirdThing(); in f

Great point. I think that my simplistic example is just that, simplistic. A better solution for huge collections would be to memoize the retrieval of the $() obj with something like var memd = {}, getMem = function(obj){

if you need to do stuff with a inside of the function, then you have to do $(this), so every time an a in that collection is clicked $() is run. In my first example I actually took that problem out of the equation by looping through the col

Very cool. I was surprised at how much little code is needed to make this work. After reading through the source, it seems like no js lib is "needed" for this effect to work at all. The rumble.js file might be a tad bit longer, but no need
